Avvertici via mail della tua decisione, impacchetta con cura la merce e inserisci la bolla all’interno del pacco.
Ci occuperemo noi di prenotare il ritiro, riceverai un file pdf da stampare e applicare sul pacco.
Il costo di spedizione del reso è di € 6.00 che verranno trattenuti dal rimborso.
Il rimborso del reso avviene al rientro della merce nei nostri magazzini, dopo verifica di conformità e stato.
Withdrawal notice
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the products, without providing any reason. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including, by way of example but not limited to, goods made to measure or clearly personalized items. Unless otherwise stated, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer. The withdrawal notice will be acknowledged by the seller through a specific confirmation of receipt and processing of the request.
