General Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales contracts concluded through the Nitro Store website are governed by these general terms and conditions of sale. By completing the online purchase process, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these conditions.

The customer shall not be entitled to any compensation and/or indemnity for any direct or indirect damage caused by the failure to process/accept online orders.

All prices displayed on the website include VAT.

Nitro Distribution Italia reserves the right to modify online prices without prior notice and at any time.

Nitro Distribution Italia reserves the right not to accept an order in the event of a subsequent shortage of stock, informing the customer of the reduction or cancellation of the ordered quantity. In such cases, the customer may cancel the order.

Purchase

Once the desired items have been selected and the order has been submitted, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email to verify that the process has been completed successfully.

The customer is required to check the order confirmation and promptly report any discrepancies.

Account Registration

You may register your own account so that you can quickly access your orders, place orders with multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account, and much more.

Payment Methods

PAYPAL Credit Card:

The order will be processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the PayPal gateway. Under no circumstances will credit card data pass through Nitro Distribution Italia's servers; all data is entered directly on PayPal's secure servers.

Cash on Delivery:

Payment is made upon delivery of the goods to the courier. Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of €10 regardless of the order value.

Shipping

Ordered goods are normally entrusted to the TNT/BRT courier, depending on the shipping region, within the following 48 working hours.

When the goods are shipped, the customer will be notified by email.

Shipping costs are applied as specified below:

- for all orders within Italy under €80.00, an additional shipping charge of €6.00 VAT included will apply.

- for orders of at least €80.00, delivery is FREE throughout Italy.

At present, international shipping is not available.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must verify the external integrity of the packaging. Any anomaly must be reported IMMEDIATELY upon receipt and directly to the courier making the delivery by REFUSING the shipment or ACCEPTING IT WITH RESERVATION.

Delivery times are generally one day after receiving the shipping confirmation; two days for Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, and special destinations. Deliveries to Venice and Valle d'Aosta generally take approximately 72 hours.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer customer, defined as a "natural person" purchasing products for purposes unrelated to any business activity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without any penalty, provided that:

- the withdrawal applies to the entire purchased product; partial withdrawals are not permitted.
- the product must be returned intact, in its original undamaged packaging, and complete with all parts.
- products showing signs of wear, damage, dirt, etc. will NOT be accepted.
- return shipping costs, as well as responsibility for the goods until received by Nitro Distribution Italia, are entirely borne by the customer.
- except for any expenses incurred by Nitro Distribution Italia to restore the product's integrity, the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery charges included in the original order will not be refunded.
- if the right of withdrawal is not applicable for the reasons indicated above, Nitro Distribution Italia will return the goods to the customer, charging the related shipping costs.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal via Digital Interface

• the dedicated digital function “Request Withdrawal” or “Withdraw from Contract”, accessible on the Website;
• the standard withdrawal form provided for by applicable legislation;

The online procedure requires the identification of the Consumer and the order subject to withdrawal and includes a subsequent confirmation step before final submission of the request.

Warranty

All products are generally covered by a 12-month warranty, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, for defects in conformity.

According to Legislative Decree 24/02, the warranty applies to products presenting conformity defects, provided that they have been used correctly and in accordance with their intended purpose. The warranty does not cover damage caused by falls or violent impacts. As provided by Legislative Decree 24/92, this warranty is reserved exclusively for private consumers. In the event of a conformity defect, Nitro Distribution Italia will restore conformity by repairing or replacing the product with an identical item or one of equivalent value.

The customer must report any defective item by email to info@nitrostore.it (preferably including photos showing the defect) in order to receive return authorization and proceed with shipment. Any unauthorized returns will be rejected.

The shipping costs for sending the defective product to Nitro Distribution Italia are borne by the customer.
